Actually, it looks like they just edited in another scene backwards or something, to replace the tentacle rape scene that was meant to follow or something X3

Did they seriously just loop and pitch up the "bulba bulba bulba" line in the actual show? I thought it was turning out to be a parody video halfway through or something..

Seemed like it was going to be a parody to me for a moment, too...I was expecting the Solar Beam to get replaced with a Shoop the Whoop or a Mikuru Beam or something.

Vid doesn't do it justice. The solar beam part is the only part of the shot that wasn't going five frames per sec. That part made my hair stand up on end when I first saw it...

I liked that episode. Gaud, I forgot how I hated Ash and that damn dex. They cued in too early for the taste of that scene. It would have been better if bulbasaur rib loose that solarbeam first, and Ash would be, "Whoa, th- f*** was that?", then the dex would be, "Nigga don't cha'know nuh'in?". Okey yea it would say that was a solarbeam, but you know doing that in that order would be much better.

Oh yea, dos, you are correct, that's "the secret garden". You probably know the name of the episode, just seeing if my memory is at par.

Yeah because he wasn't Squirtle.

Ok well in all honesty as far as kicking ass in the games goes Charmander is the correct choice.

Bulbasaur is the worst for that though. Grass types suck in general.

Chikorita was kind of a letdown and I never tried Treecko, but Bulbasaur and Turtwig are seriously hardcore, so I don't know what you're talking about.

You could pretty much solo R/B/Y with Bulbasaur except maybe Gary's Charizard. Back then everyone thought Rock/Ground was the most awesome typing ever so Razor Leaf just owned.

I will concede that Solarbeam isn't very good in the actual games, though.

That's why you pack Sunny Day with anyone who has Solarbeam

Although that's pretty much begging to be hit with fire attacks

Also I went with fire starters in the first two games, picked Treecko in Emerald because my brothers had already picked the other two and we wanted all the starters, and Piplup in Pearl because he turns into a giant steel penguin

I went with Turtwig in Diamond because he turns into a Grass/Ground Ankylosaur thing. Yeah you think you're so funny with your Fire beating Grass, but then he fucking knows Earthquake. Plus Ankylosaurs are awesome and are my favorite dinos.

Of course the dual-typing in Diamond just made the starter chain revolve the other way; Grass > Water > Fire > Grass, but Torterra < Empoleon < Infernape < Torterra.
